USA : Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A replacement or refund can be provided depending upon given circumstances.

Please do not send your faulty item back to us before we have accepted the return, just hold on to it until we have processed your request.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns
Fitrah does offer returns of our products under the following criteria.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Additionally, the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The customer is fully responsible for any packages returned for non-payment of tariffs, incorrect shipping information, and package stolen, lost, not being claimed at the post office in a timely manner or failed delivery attempts, as returned packages are destroyed by carrier. If you are unsatisfied with our products, you can always contact us.
Exchanges
Fitrah does offer exchanges of our products under the following criteria
- Exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
Please do not send your item back to us before we have accepted the exchange, just hold on to it until we have processed your request. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us, once accepted, return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with exchanging the item (such as shipping, duties and other charges).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fitrahinc.com. No refunds for non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, and package stolen, lost or not being claimed at the post office in a timely manner, as returned packages are destroyed by carrier. Lastly, No refunds or cancellations once the package leaves our facilities.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and other fees. The buyer is fully responsible for these fees.
