Thank you for subscribing to Fitrah Inc. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

How Our Subscription Works

Your Fitrah subscription delivers a new candle to your doorstep every month.

Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you choose to cancel, pause, or modify it.

There is no minimum commitment. Stay subscribed for as long as you'd like.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Fitrah Inc. to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring billing cycle until your subscription is cancelled.

Billing

Your payment method will be automatically charged each month on the same calendar day as your original subscription purchase.

For example:

Subscribe on January 5.
Your future billing dates will be February 5, March 5, April 5, and so on.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your monthly order will be prepared and shipped.

Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel, pause, skip, or make changes to your subscription at any time.

To ensure your changes apply to your upcoming order, they must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) before your next scheduled billing date.

Changes include, but are not limited to:

Cancelling your subscription
Pausing your subscription
Updating your shipping address
Updating your payment information
Changing your selected products or preferences
Skipping an upcoming shipment

Requests submitted less than 72 hours before your next billing date may not take effect until the following billing cycle. If your payment has already been processed, your upcoming order will still be shipped, and any requested changes will apply to future renewals.

Failed Payments

If we are unable to process your payment, we may automatically retry the payment using your selected payment method.

If payment continues to fail, we may contact you to update your payment information before your subscription can continue.

Fitrah Inc. reserves the right to pause or cancel subscriptions with outstanding unpaid balances.

Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before the 72-hour modification deadline.

Fitrah Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, or other events outside of our control.

Discounts

Eligible sitewide promotions may also apply to subscription renewals unless otherwise stated.

Subscriber Benefits

Subscribers may occasionally receive exclusive gifts, early access to new products, special offers, or other subscriber-only benefits not available to one-time purchasers.

These benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Fitrah Inc. and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders begin processing immediately after payment is successfully processed.

For this reason, subscription orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been processed.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Changes to This Policy

Fitrah Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time.

Any changes will apply to future subscription renewals and will be posted on this page.
